Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of perfume and personal care products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product remains unused and in its original packaging.

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds may be issued through:

• Original payment method, or
• Store credit (where applicable)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our side.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team with:

• Your order number
• Photos/videos of the package and product

within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
